Be wary of purchasing this.....
Whilst the overall quality is above that of the norm for similiar products, it's such a shame the product fails in some areas.These can be rectified if the manufacturer has intent to better the product.I contacted the supplier but receive NO RESPONSE...PROBLEMS:(1) Handle is far too short for average person. If it was meant for the Chinese market perhaps its fine but certainly not for others over 5 ft tall. Have to constantly bend down using it, so not good for the back !(2) The drain plug can open up from time to time, so you end up with a big puddle of water over your floorThis could have been better designed !(3) The handle locking mechanism is plastic with a metal pin. The pin is retained by two black plastic discs which are justpressed into place. These have a tendancy to fall off and then the pin tries to come away.(4) The detergent bottle is a joke. Would have been better not to put it in. Capacity is laughable and it squirts out of the bucket !If you can put up with these issues then buy it, otherwise think twice...
