While I was able to use this product, it performed well. However, the on/off button was touch sensitive and only worked sometimes. The same for the sprayer button. Both features made it frustrating to use. I fully charged the battery and then used it... it only allowed me to do my kitchen floor... 10 x 10 space plus a few feet into my dining room. I had to recharge it... charging takes a while. Then I was able to do my dining room and part of my living room. Recharged again. Then I finished my living room and did the hallway and stairs. Then I had to recharge it. Then I did the bathroom and lower level. Then I had to recharge it. I never got to my 3 bedrooms. I am returning it and have ordered a similar machine with a power cord. I'd like to clean my 1800 SF home without having to recharge and wait a few hours in between.

Love the cordless spray mop but had difficulty at times getting sprayer to work. It does a nice job on my tiled floor as well as hardwood.

Everything arrived just fine and put together easily. I dont like that the pads dont pick things up (like dust, hair ,or little pieces of dirt) as i mop with it. My reg. Microfiber mop does. The water tank is too small so I have to pre wet the pads before mopping or they get too dry and start dragging. I also am not happy that II cant get close underneath cabinets bec the un it is too thick/tall. The pads seem to smear the dirt around so I have to rinse them often and its a lot of trouble on a large house.

I like the overall product very much. I like that it's cordless, lightweight and powerful. I had a very difficult time getting the telescoping handle to snap in to the base. I mean ridiculous difficulty. Also, the spray feature doesn't work. I filled the vessel according to instructions, turned it on according to instructions, but when I hit the spray button, nothing comes out. I can hear it trying to spray, but nothing. If there's a way to fix this, I would consider giving another star.

This mop works great, and is very easy to use. I looked for a long time to find the right kind of mop to clean my floors. The entire first floor of my home has floors and large areas with no rugs and it shows dirt very easily. I am having my backyard redone and with 2 dogs and kids, I was having a very difficult time keeping the floors clean. After trying other mops out, I found this one to be super easy to use, and it cleans the floors really well! Based on another review, I was a little worried that it wouldn't keep its charge long enough, but I have found that to be no problem at all. I can get all my areas complete and haven't had it run out on me yet. The tank is also large enough so that it does not need to be refilled in the middle of mopping. The pads are very easy to put on and take off and I just throw them in the wash! This mops gets the floors very clean and they look great. Its so easy to use that you can mop every day with very little effort. My kids also think its "fun" to use so that is a bonus for me :)

I used to have an old Elicto model and loved it but this model is unimpressive. It's hard to pour water in the mini funnel and the charge doesn't last more than 30 minutes so I have to recharge each time I mop, which takes over an hour of waiting time between sections of my house. Also, the "spray" button only works half the time, I have to press a few times for it to respond. I am not sure if I just got a faulty one or if they are all built this way. Very unhappy and wish I could return.

I recently purchased the Elicto Cordless Mop- Simply said- I love it!. I have hardwood, tile and vinyl floors that get completely goobered up from my Two huge Newfoundland dogs- They drool, slobber and shed everywhere. Their drool is like glue- tough to get up without scrubbing. However the Elicto-with either the buffer pads or scrubber pads made short work of their messes. I really hate to spend my time cleaning but this made it so easy even my husband could handle it! I didn't bother with putting the solution in the machine- I just put some cleaning solution and water in a squirt bottle and squirted the floor before cleaning it. Overall I really love this -It didn't take long to charge and held the charge during my cleaning spree. I plugged it in between rooms while I was washing down baseboards so it was very effective. To save time on the spots that were very dirty - I put on one scrubber pad and one buffer pad because the scrubber pads don't pick up the extra water. This worked great. Love the product. Thank you!

it sounded like a good thing to have for someone older that didn't want to strain pushing a mop. but in fully charged mode it still doesn't last too long before needing another charge. the water often does not spray out onto the floor. if it is not held at an angle, if accidently held straight up, it will get out of your control and spin around and around. funny, but Not funny. i have only used it a few times to experiment, but have to consider if i can manage using it.

Seemed promising, but the sprayer won’t spray. It makes a noise when the button is pressed, but no cleaner is sprayed.
