I bought this to scrub algae off rough concrete pool walls. I really don't have a use for any of the other attachments except the stiffest brush.The cons:The brush isn't really that stiff so that is my first issue. But it actually worked to get rid of dead algae without multiple passes so it worked. It was one of two brushes included. The second brush was so light I can't quite figure out why someone needs a power scrubber with that light of a brush. Perhaps for washing a car or something but no-one should ever put a brush like that on a car so I don't get it. The weaker bristle smaller brush should be density of the bigger one and the bigger one should be more rigid. My biggest issue is the ergonomics of using it. The motor is powerful (which is a good thing). But in an attempt to make it attractive, they really didn't put a good way to hold onto it. I had to wrap my fingers into the tilt head opening which seemed kind of unwise. It really needs finger holds or protrusions on the stalk to be able to grab it. It is almost unusable completely extended due to the torque and lack of way to hold onto the handle. Perhaps my hands being wet made it worse but the plastic it was made out of was actually pretty grippy. It didn't slip in my hands. It just pulled out of them. There was a minor defect. One of the connection spring buttons in the handle wasn't installed correctly so it wouldn't positively engage in the hole. That is actually critical functionality because if the handle doesn't lock in place, the unit will just spin in the handle instead of at the brush head. Also, the whole thing could fall off. I ended up pulling the piece out and bending it enough to barely get it to work. It was just bad quality control.Pros:The battery lasted for at least an hour until I was done. It did the job I bought it for and there is nothing else I have seen like it so I am happy with my purchase. There is a lot of torque so it will scrub (if you can hold onto it) I did completely submerge it for long periods and at times about 6 feet deep and it continued to work so the ipx7 rating seems to be true. All the pieces seem heavy duty and well made. It has a pleasant aesthetic design to it. The unit is visually appealing in a stand so you could leave it out for storage.

I bought this to use to clean the bathtub and tile surround, as well as a trouble area on my kitchen floor. I was surprised that is has so much power, being that its battery operated and it really zips around! I used the red scrubber attachment on the bathtub,which worked really well in combination with the Comet cleaner. I did not have to get down on my knees to clean,which was what I was aiming for! The extending handle is wonderful, though sometimes I push the collapse button unintentionally and it shortens up all in the same movement. It did remarkably well on the tile surround,although manipulating the machine to get into the grout lines was a little difficult..it seems in some situations that the swivel head is more of a hinderance than a help. It helps on the curves of the bathtub and hinders in the grout lines. I will echo other reviews and say that I wish the bristles on the brush attachment were stiffer and maybe not so long,that would help in really getting in there to scrub instead of just gliding on the surface. I love love love that you dont have to worry about the unit getting wet,you can dunk it right in a bucket full of water without worry of going in too far, or you can use it in combination with a sprayer in your sink or tub without having to be careful of getting key components wet. Overall,its a good machine that does well and has a lot of power.

Reason to choose this one: hard work to do.1) Right out of the box used it to clean all the gunk on a, small, vinyl tile section, worked for about an hour with it. I don't want this for floors but it was the only testing surface at hand. In my case it is for other scrubbing tasks that could benefit from a long reaching tool with enough power.2) I rested (just the weight of my foot not pressing) my foot on it to help pressing hard on the surface, the thing keept going, slower, but didn't stop rotating.3) The whole time it was working with the charge it had from the factory, put it to charge after I was done.4) It spins kinda slow, I guess I'm used to the big floor polishing machines I have.5) The long bristle brush is very soft, the short brush bristles are harder but not a lot.6) the pad with a a scrubbing disc worked well.7) Wished the head positions would be preset in a way that will help work at an angle without fighting the thing not going completely straight or 90 degrees.8) Construction is solid.Will try to update as time goes by, to see if it's not a one time wonder.

I purchased this product a month ago and have only used the scouring pad. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The Elicto ES-100 is solid and feels much better made than my previous scrubber (which died after one year). It's powerful but easy to control and really does a good job cleaning my tile. It was easy to assemble and I like the flexibility of easily adding or removing the extension handle as well as changing the angle. The stand to store the scrubber is also helpful. I wish there was something included to store the 5 brush heads. Also, the scouring pad doesn't adhere well to the velcro pad. If I lift the scrubber away from the wall it falls off.

Been looking for something like this for several years. This unit is powerful!The gray brush has very stiff bristles for those almost-impossible jobs (like mine) on irregular surfaces like tile and vinyl floors. The maroon scrubbing pad works well on smooth surfaces like tubs. I was hoping the bristles on the black long bristled brush were stiff but they are not. Good for lathering in hard-to-reach crevices but not for deep cleaning.Shipped direct from Sharper Image and got here in a couple of days.Charger works fine. Have not tested how long the charge lasts but no loss of power doing my extremely dirty tub-shower. Unit is well sealed against water, including an effective rubber cover on the charger port. Brushes and pads attach and detach easily.Highly Recommended!
