Starts my 1959 Ford tractor.
My regular 6 volt tractor battery failed. Becvause I was using another lithium battery in my Dodge Nitro, I tried this battery. I starts my tractor just fine. I would say that the generator charging this battery, the batery heats up. But, it is still functioning. and showing a full charge.

I have read that Shorai is a great battery, but their fitment research need work. The battery did not come close to fitting in the battery box of the model it was listed to fit, and I am out the expense return shipping.

Superior in every way to my old lead/acid battery
Superior in every way to my old lead/acid battery. Installed in a kick start only bike, so I cannot comment on cranking power. I am looking forward to not cleaning green gunk off the terminals. I improvised my own foam surround instead of using the supplied materials, since my battery is not well supported otherwise.

I can not find a better battery! I have many vintage motorcycles and they all run on Shorai.

Didn't work
I just installed it for spring riding Saturday and battery will not crank my bike or hold a charge. I would like to return it.

This is a 6 volt battery, not 12 volt as stated in the product description!
As I write this review THREE MONTHS after returning the battery, the description for this item STILL states that it is a 12 volt battery when it is in reality a 6 VOLT!! Very poor product management!
