I can't even use this tool
I am very sensitive to scents, smells, etc. The suction cups for this tool have such a strong smell of what I have no idea. Once I opened them and got a whiff, they went into a ziplock baggie and out to the garage. After they were out there 6 months I checked on them and they still smelled just as much as when I put them out there. Of course, they probably can't "air out" in a ziplock. And I'm not going to open the bag up so the whole garage smells like them.

Piece of junk
I bought this to remove the back off my phone so I could replace the battery. They provide 2 extra suction cups. Three of the four pulled the cub off the screw head rendering them useless. It never made any progress removing the phone back.

Waste Of Money
The suction cups are too flimsy and 2 of them (they give you a second set) were distorted out of the box and would not hold at all, even after trying to warm them up and bend them the way they needed to go. Replaced the distorted cup with the good spare and still couldn't get a good enough grip to pull the phone back away from the frame to help get anything in to help pry.Ended up using the single suction cup, which I thought would be useless, that came in the kit with my replacement battery, and it actually lifted the back like I needed. It was much thicker and stiffer than the suction cups on the opening tool. The tool would likely work perfect if the cups were like the one that came with the battery.Threw the tool in the trash.

Don’t apply so much pressure that the opening screen pulls internal wires loose. This applies to the Iphpne 5S, at least.
This gadget does one thing well; it lets you open cell phones with little danger of damaging them. You have to be careful in placing the suction cups on screen and back, as the instructions warn, but the phone’s screen pops open nicely when you apply moderate pressure to the properly-placed tool. Comes with a spare set of suction cups. Beats paying a shop when you replace a battery.

Doesn't even work
The pry tool is just made so poorly. It doesn't have enough suction to even pry off a small part of the LCD from the phone. It just doesn't work, the suction cups either pop off half of the time or they stick on and just don't do anything. I had better luck prying my phone open with a suction cup that came with a battery replacement. Save your money.

Good value
Took a lot of work using tool and small screw driver. For the money though it was certainly cheaper than paying to replace the phone battery that was quoted at $85
