I bought 3 different food covers and this is the one I like least. The sunflowers were squashed in the box it arrived in and therefore now won't straighten out on the mesh. It's not a good look!

Follow the instructions on the box and you'll be OK. Make sure you put the white finger-shaped plastic into the hole at the top of the dome, otherwise the whole mechanism will twist and the framework will break (personal experience!)

This has just arrived and I was hoping for something less cheap-looking. It is pretty enough with the flowers on it but it seems quite cheaply-made. I know it was only a few pounds, nothing major, but it seems like it is worth less even still. It will do the job but I think if you're looking for something a bit sturdy, then this isn't the product to buy. It's ok. I'm not over-the-moon but not incredibly disappointed. Just a bit "meh" about it.

Looks nice and does the job but so flimsy it comes apart when ever you collapse it - so you have to refit the hooks every time cant imagine it will last long

I bought this food umbrella quite a long time ago - it is of good quality and I last lasted well. I use it a lot & love the design. Unfortunately, this design does not appear to be available any more

I love the idea and I guess it's a bit of a dream I've bought in to (country kitchen, cakes on the side etc). However once fully opened the net is a bit short and doesn't reach all the way to the table. So any clever fly will still be able to find their way to your food....

Although we hav'nt used the product yet we have purchased these itmems for our holiday to Antiqua, we have been to the Carribean many times so we are aware of the birds that can enter the dining areas and pinch your food if you move away for a second so these should be a usefull purchase.

Lovely cover. Big enough to cover a large plate. Really pretty and easy to use, and keeps those pesky flies off my food. Perfect.
