Big plates
Big plates take more food and the lip stops it overflowing.I like them as needed a few extra dinner plates.

Lovely plates but bigger than 26cm
I would have loved to keep these good looking plates and they probably would have earned 5 stars but although both the listing and the packaging stated they are 26cm they are bigger than my existing 26 cm ones. More comparable with a 27cm plate I have which is the same style. I was particularly looking for the smaller size due to available cupboard space, and so they fit well in our dishwasher. Unfortunately these don’t so I had to return them and the hunt to upgrade from our existing bottom of the range IKEA plates goes on. If you are happy with the size they are probably a good buy.
