I placed replacement request which I had cancelled due to faulty product further the original product was picked as well from me. Now Amazon is not giving me refund or replacement.

It works. Barely.
The first thing I want to get out of the way is obviously do not buy this. And there is no return policy. Now why isn't there a return policy? Read on for that.Poor quality. Charging type for the keyboard is USB micro. In 2023. And another thing I want to emphasize that this product is being sold to be used with I pad air/ pro. Both devices with USB C chargingTrackpad is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures.The case works and is of decent quality but that's not the reason to buy this product.The keyboard light works. But good luck trying to type something with the keyboard getting detached from the case the closer to the edge of the keyboard you are. The keys work so atleast it has that going for itYou can adjust the angle in the tab.......Just up until it's first position. Because after that there is no room to place the keyboard. Y'know the thing that you are buying this product for?The trackpad is about as useless as things can get. It is so small that by the time you account for the gesture area from top, bottom and the sides, the trackpad real estate left is not much.And all of that is when this keyboard doesn't start randomly hallucinating at which point powering off/on and reconnecting again seemed to calm it down.In summary, There is about as much thought put into this as most students do in their homework. If you want something for your ipad that actually works, this definitely ain't it.
