Nuo 4.0 Battle Mixer

I bought one of these to replace my old Ecler smac pro 30. I thought it was a no-brainer - the smac is a great mixer but after 10 years of abuse it is starting to show its age.First impression was pretty good - however it did feel a bit light, and the cross fader cut in dial was misaligned and touching the steel face but I liked the layout overall.The reason I sent it back however was because you could hear the CD channel on channel 1 bleeding in the Phono channel of channels one and two. Through both the headphones and the speakers. Arguably (according to the distributor) I should hit stop on the CD player after mixing but has anyone ever let their CD player over run onto the next track by accident on one of the channels that isn't playing? I do it all the time hence why I noticed this on the first use.Anyway - I've never experienced this on any other DJ mixer so I sent for repair and to cut a long story short - the distributor said they dont make them like they used to and this is normal. So I returned it to the shop and bought from a different manufacturer.If you had a smac and are expecting more of the same then you may be dissapointed. Ecler head office didn't even repond to my email so here's a bit of publicity for them.
