I have been with my partner for forty years and recently we have both retired. I thought we were happy and open with each other.Out of the blue he announced he wanted me to take on every decision about our lives. He even wanted to hand over his back account to me .He asked me to read Elise's book. I was horrified that after forty years together, he could suddenly say he wanted me to dominate him and call him my servant! I have always believed in treating people with respect and my equal.
