No one can beat it
It works exactly who it's reputation proceeds it. Powerful easy to use. Cable that goes on forever, it's not overly heavy unless you forget to empty the bag. Easy to change bags, excellent quality, Henry will take a battering but keep on going. There is a reason they are the best around you won't be disappointed.

Really strong suction !
Henry is plain and simple , no fancy stuff , just gets on and does the job ! He’s got really strong suction which I needed as my very old Dyson has been dying for ages ! He sucked up all the bits my Dyson couldn’t anymore so the carpets looked better than they had in a long time ….. He looks good , the cord length is really long and I can do my whole bungalow from one plug socket and the cord winds very easily back into the body . He pulls along really easily , he feels very light and his wheels swivel which makes it even easier ….. The price I think is very fair , he is much less expensive than a lot of other makes and works just as well and probably better in fact ! And I have to say he makes me smile , I love to see his smiley happy face as I pull him along ! Very happy with Henry indeed !

Little But Powerful.
A little hoover with an immense suction. I have Henry upstairs, and it gets my bedrooms so clean. Great purchase and I'm happy.

Cumbersome, but it certainly cleans floors!
After many years of using upright cleaners, I've switched to Henry. Resisted it for a long time, because I've never liked pull-along cleaners, I find them awkward to use. However, having spent probably three times the price of this unit on rubbish uprights over the last few years, I decided to go for it.The first thing to say is that Henry (I have the compact unit) is a powerful little devil. I've been pleasantly surprised at how effective he is, considering the small size of the space all the dust gets sucked into. I've used him on carpet (brush up, vent a little open) and hard floors (brush down, vent closed), and he's equally effective on each. He's brought a couple of tired old long-pile rugs back to life, and he gets every scrap of dust off my laminate and tiled floors. So, since that's what he's designed to do, a thumbs up from me.Oh, and the long cable is great — I live in a flat and I don't have to keep moving the plug to get to each room. Love the cable rewind, too.Second thing is what comes in the box. You get Henry and all the attachments, as well as two bags. Since the description says 'a Henry unit', I thought that might be useful to know. You don't need to go buy a whole box of bags, like I did. D'oh.What I *don't* like are all the things I knew I wouldn't like when I bought him:- He's heavy. Not going to work for someone older/less able, and definitely not the best for carting up and down stairs.- He's a bit cumbersome. I do get tangled in the hose and the cable, and I find him a little difficult to manoeuvre in tight spaces. Might simply be that I need to get used to him.- He takes up a lot more space than an upright. So stashing him in the cupboard meant clearing some extra space. Not really a hardship, just something to be aware of - the base unit is a little fat thing and the hose is very tall.In summary: is it light? No. Is it space-efficient? No. Is it particularly manoeuvrable? No. Does it clean floors? Hell, yes. If Henry came in an upright format, I'd give him five stars. But I still don't like trundling him along or finding myself tied to the furniture with the hose and cable.

Beats every other Vac I've used
Can't beat Henry. I've used Dysons, Miele, Sharks.....the lot. But Henry always wins. Really strong suction, very robustly made and last decades, bag hardly needs changing its so big and has a really long cord so unless you live in a mansion you won't need to unplug it mid-clean. I prefer the compact 6L model over the standard 9L as it works just as well but lighter to carry and takes up less room in the cupboard.

First time
I was a bit nervous as normally I would be buying an upright cleaner with lots of colours and plastic attachments everywhere but I thought I would try something different and I am glad I did. I did also purchase the air glide attachments set. But it’s been great. Good cleaning power and attachments, value for money. Simple assembly and functionality. Iconic design. And I love the capacity of the bags and ease of changing and disposal
