Bought for XMas Present. Out of the box it asked for a firmware upgrade and it bricked half way through the install. Not broadcasting via Bluetooth or through USB. They have no Live support, only an automated BOT. You can only email them. They get back to you when they want. They keep asking about software version, on machine and computer. I give it to them but it is a hardware issue and needs to be replaced. Since I have been trying talk through email, it is over Amazon’s 30 day return policy. They do not care that I bought well before Xmas and did not open tell after XMas and I’ve been strung along by the manufacture. I have a $400 paper weight. If I was Amazon, I would quit selling this product until the company has customer service and willing to stand behind their products.

I bought this back in December of 2023 and didn't decide to open it until just recently well come to find out and guess what it doesn't work it doesn't work at all and I'm past my 30 days from Amazon return it so what do I do with it now do I just eat the almost 400 dollars I paid for it from Amazon or someone going to figure out a way to help me to get me a new one and fix it or give me my money back!!!!!

I got scammed by these people. They sent a deffective machine (the scanner does not work at all). I reached out by emeil several times and stopped answering my emails when I asked for instructions to return and get a refund. Seen the machine that I received and its conditions, I am pretty sure that they are refurbishing broken machines and selling them as brand new...
