Like many of you, I have researched the various pads since I had prostate surgery on May 17, 2024. I am only interested in the best pad that can make recovery easiest and most comfortable.I have attached photos of the 3 pads that I have used since the surgery, numbered 1 to 3 in order of 1st to current (3). I have tried other pads too but only chose the top 3 in descending order.The TENA brand seems the best quality and design, though all pads meet the need.1- Amazon Basics, Pantiliner2- TENA 50600 Leakage Protection Bladder- Moderate (3 drop)3- TENA Men Protective Shield Extra light (good quality for advanced status with my minor leakage)Hope this personal experience helps.

I love Tena products, yet these I thought would be a 1 inch wider an 1/4inch thicker then they are, i think they would be perfect. as they are for me do not provide enough coverage. Yet, I'm still happy because I need then in Black color. an they are a well made product.

My wife and I like to butt snuggle so we look like the letter X when we go to sleep. Due to incontenence from prostate surgery I have had to wear tighty-whiteys with an absorbant pad or full knapy. So to get back to our snuggle position (skin to skin) I started wearing a full jock strap with a regular size absorbing pad. This gets old and I need a break Sooo I found these which allows me to wear one of those comfortabe thin "ball pouches" that just triangle the twig and berries. These pads fit perfectly inside that small pouch and feels like wearing nothing at all while still having a modicum of leakage protection.

I buy this all the time, as I am post op and have some leakage. With that being said, I’ve never had an issue with packaging. These came in a different box with a different design, which is fine, however the boxes were all damaged upon arrival. Not sure if this was a delivery issue or a manufacture issue. Everytime I order these they arrive just fine but for some reason this time they didn’t. Even though the box was different the product inside appears to still be the same. I would still recommend as these do well at catching light dribbling/leaking, but just be aware that the package may be destroyed upon arrival.
