Great machine and software
Good machine and with Silhouette studio its a great solution. Needs a bit of learning but very versatile. I would buy again.

What an epic failure
Maybe I got a bad one but my first problem was constantly disconnecting itself and then just randomly would turn off.

Works great but cannot emboss/deboss with it at this time.
I purchased this machine back in early December 2023 . Given the features of the new Cameo 5 Plus with the larger cutting area it was worth the investment. Seller shipped once the machine was available and in the timeframe they showed. Only issue was a missing mat which they got shipped to me quickly. The only drawback so far is this machine was advertised that it can do embossing/debossing. However with a software bug still not fixed by Silhouette America as of 3/27/2024 I am not able to safely do that function. Not the sellers fault.

I love how easy it cuts, quietly u barely even know it's on. It was just so much quieter than usual, seemed a lil faster but maybe because it's not so nosey

Machine itself is great
The machine itself is fantastic so no issues there. The issues I had were with the seller. Item had a shipping label created and sat with no status for over a month. While I initiated Communication it was excuses. It was on a delayed shipping but not for an additional extended time. It was showed to be delivered in October. Wasn’t delivered till the beginning of December. Won’t be purchasing from this company again
