it takes far fewer tblsp to flavor up the food compared to pink Himalayan Salt. We had been using pink himalayan salt for many years until now. Great tasting salt. I bought the fine texture and the amount of minerals in this product you can taste the difference from regular table salt. Really brings out the food flavor and personally I feel better switching to this salt. It dissolves quickly and cooking with is is great!

I add a pinch to my water for noticeable difference. Great flavor when adding to food while cooking. It's worth the cost due to how long it will last, but important to store properly if you don't leave in the bag.

Love the flavor and the texture. There’s a subtlety to this salt that I haven’t found in others. While this won’t be my only salt in the cupboard…it will be there consistently among the handful I truly enjoy. FYI - due to moisture content it is a bit sticky, which isn’t a big deal to me. Enjoy!
