This is a replacement showerhead for an original one that started leaking, and it works very well. No complaints with the product at all, except for not being able to register it for warranty purposes. An insert says to go to their Web site, but that's a dead end.

This was a good price, but nowhere near the output pressure as I had hoped, even when I removed the reducer.

The shower head was easy to install and functions very well. It does not look like plastic and matches the finish of the brushed nickel hose and wall bracket to which it is attached.

Worked fine just the stream was a little too soft. You know soft like it won’t rinse the shampoo out if your hair really easy - kind of soft. A little too much water saver feature

Works as advertised
This shower head replaced a more expensive one that kept falling on the shower floor due to its weight and the poor design of the holder. This replacement shower head works perfectly!
