Soraken GM-001 Bluetooth Wireless Meat Thermometer for Grilling Smoker with Four Probes - White

I am actually very pleased with this product. It is easy to setup and the phone app that works with it is simple to use. I do a lot of smoking and love being able to sit in the house and know how the meat is doing. There are only two small reasons that I give this 4 stars instead of 5. First, one of the probes measures about 5 degrees too cool. I have many thermometers and double check them all the time. For that reason I recommend to anyone to also get a top quality insta-read thermometer to double check food before pulling. I would actually recommend that even if the one probe was not slightly off. The second reason I dropped it to 4 stars is because after just a couple of long smokes, you can no longer tell what color the probes are. It is really not a big issue as all you have to do is trace the wire to the unit which only takes a second or two, but I thought it was worth noting.Bottom line, I have had this set for almost two years now and it is still working great. Even with the minor issues stated above I recommend this product and would buy it again myself.

I love this product. I use it in my smoker and in the oven. To be able to set this up from my smart phone and monitor it anywhere in the house is really cool. I can set custom alerts and temperatures. Each probe has a different color so if you have them in various proteins, or in one large protein, you'll be able to identify each one. You can add 2 more probes but the 4 that comes with it has worked fine for me.

The product seemed to work great, however over the first 6 months all 4 probes failed. I ordered some replacements from a different company and those worked great. I used it this past weekend with no problems, but tried to fire it up tonight but zip, zilch, nada. Three sets of batteries but it still won’t turn on. Bummer, because probes aside, I thought it was pretty good. Oh well, 16 months of usage and it’s now headed to the trash.

Multiple probes allow me to monitor the meat temp., as well as the smoker temp. It comes in handy when doing a long 10 or 12 hour smoke with multiple pieces of meat. Only thing is, the pretty colored probes won't be very pretty after a good smoke. Have had it for 2 years and nary a problem. highly recommended.

Works great, let's me multitask which I'm not good at. But, the brisket I'm smoking now is fine because Soraken GM-001 Bluetooth Wireless Meat Thermometer is telling me so. I used to be a worry-q'er, this way is great. Save yourself so trouble and time get Soraken you won't be sorry.

I like to wait at least 6 months before reviewing a product as everything typically works great when new. This product works as advertised and I highly recommend it.

This works well. Accurate. Very nice to get an alarm on your phone when the temperature is reached.

This was so easy to use and I loved the app but I'm smoking today for the first time this year and it's dead. Nothing I have tried will bring it back, what a huge waste of money.
