Decent but purchase the appropriate size
I'm a big guy, not huge, just XXL. I did my research and bought the appropriate size back support and it's not even close to being comfortably "fit" for a guy my size. XXXL is apparently what I needed. I use it for household chores, yardwork, around the house activities.Pain Relief: 4/5 decent job for the price.Support: 5/5 Does an excellent job for support, when used properly. The straps are a bit of a hassle to get used too but once adjusted correctly, it does its job.Comfort: 2.5/5 Needs improvement! The Size factor alone is my biggest complaint. It does NOT feel comfortable around the waist and I can't wear it for longer than 40 minutes at a time. The guy doing the size comparisons needs a lesson in anatomy for anyone larger than XL. If you are looking to get one of these (and I recommend it on the whole). get a size larger than what you are.

Works well
Now this is not a device to restrict posture this is device to gently correct posture. That means it will not prevent you from slouching but it will provide a force to remind you to straighten up. This lets my muscles hold me in good posture not a device that I have to wear to stand or sit straight. I like the fact this wraps around the belly to keep the device in a correct place. My son-in-law tried it and now bought him one. This is a good support belt. Note: I did not buy it due to back pain but my slouching was causing neck pain. Correct posture reduces my neck strain.

Short in the back and hurts armpit area.
I am 6'3" and 230 lbs. As others has said, this is short in the back (I bought the largest one and it still does not cover much of the back). The lengths of the waste straps are good but (again, as others have said) it is really rough on the armpit area. I had to take it off after 20 minutes. I will try it again with a heavy sweatshirt to see if it is any better.

Comfortable with Spinal support
My husband's back has been hurting and I suggested he use a brace to fix his posture when he works. He's a hardheaded carpenter that thinks nothing will help. So I bought it for him despite his little debate with me and forced him to try it. It definitely helps. He says it's not uncomfortable and he likes the supports along the spine.

Good for lower back, bad for under your arms!
Can't use product as recommended because of extreme underarm discomfort/chaffing. I can use it if I put it on in such a way where it doesn't rub under my arms, but then it doesn't support my back as much. I'm not sure what would fix the problem, but it's a pretty bad problem.

Go one size larger than your normal size, IMO.
It fits perfectly. I'm 5' 11", 38 inch waist, 200 pounds and the XXL fits just right. I'm normally an XL for most pants/shirts. I suggest wearing this brace somewhat loose for just an hour at a time until you get use to the pressure/tightness when strapped tight. The straps run under your arm pits and it will chafe (rub), if adjusted too tight or if worn too long, just starting-out. It exerts noticeable pressure, pulling your shoulders back, or at least it feels that way. Helps reduce the upper back pain I get when sitting at the desk for too long. The waist belt is also very good to support the lower back. It's pretty good quality, much better than a lighter weight model I bought previously at the drug store. Definately an upgrade from that one. Final thing, it's a little bit hot on the back, but not too bad.

As described
I'm big and it worked great, I'm 6 feet tall, and I'm on 110kg weigh, I'm a power lifter and some people said it was tight, I choose big size for me it fits perfect and it does the job to correct my posture thanks a lot guys

Better fabric or netting!
The two plastic supports wore holes in the net material, causing the supports to fall out! The net should be stronger or some material that strong enough that the supports will not cut the fabric!
