After a surgery and then a pregnancy, my delay to get back in shape is finally over! I was part of a weight loss program once where they used a scale just like this one to keep track of our water intake, weight, muscle composition, etc. I have no idea how they get all that info from your feet but the nutritionists there took it as gold so I guess it works! I wanted one for myself so I could keep tabs and challenge myself as I progressed towards my weight loss goals, and overall health really.Pros: I’m not sure if you’ve priced them recently, but scales at Walmart at more than $25 and don’t do half the stuff this one does. My favorite feature is the Bluetooth capabilities! You download the app specifically for this scale and it will log your weight, BMI, muscle mass, water levels, etc to your profile each time to step on it. Not only that- but it does it for multiple people, too, so it’s not constantly being messed up by the kids playing on it or family members randomly checking their weight. I wanted something to keep me accountable, and nothing beats seeing a cheat day logged into the app instead of a drop day.Cons: I am not a huge fan of this particular appit serves the purpose but could use some more developing.Overall, I’m quite happy with this purchase. It meets all the needs I had for it and the ability to transmit everything to the app so I’m not writing a log each time I step on the scale is just awesome. For the price, I think this is a great deal on a good product. :) PS take it seriously when it says it must be used on a hard flat surface. Apparently I only weigh 37lbs on carpet! 😂

I was excited at the prospect of the unit. I've noticed that when I first step on in the morning it consistently gives me a higher reading than when I step off, wait for the display to turn black, then step back on. (Yes, batteries are fresh!) When I re-weigh 3+ times the number is consistent. I don't know why it tells my I'm 2 pounds heavier my first reading than the 2nd, 3rd, or even fourth. Did I lose 2 pounds in 30 seconds or is this scale whacked-out? As far as the app, it kinda sucks. Doesn't show you a month/year long progress even when you tap on it. Plus the other measurements give you a definition only, not where you stand or how far to go before reaching optimal health. I should have paid more and got something more user friendly. Disappointed and past my return date.Update 4/2/18 The company quickly replied to my review and we came to a solution I was satisfied with. Great customer service!

UPDATE: 6/28/18Upon my review the company contacted me hoping to make things right. They express shipped another scale, which so far seems to be working well - accurately weighing and syncing with the app. I'm happy with the product so far, but am cautiously optimistic. I will still be keeping my old scale just to keep things in check.First and foremost, this is a scale. It does not even do that. You can step on the scale one day and the next day it will tell you a different number, like 5-10 pounds higher number. I'm glad I kept my old-fashioned scale because it is more consistent than this digital scale.I have read the manual and there seems to be no help for this product. I would return it if I could.

I wasn’t too happy with it after a day. Honestly if it were consistent and hardy, it would be very enjoyable. The fact of the matter that it did not work every time made it frustrating. My weight in kilos would show but everything else would “error” out. However when it does work, it’s accurate. I did the math and the numbers I got matched the database the app shows. As for the app, it’s good quality. Fast, good to the eye, and easy. Anyways I had to return because I didn’t want to risk anything with it not functioning as expected the first hours of having it. Amazon was very quick to return for full refund. It’s worth a try if you have time for shipping out a return super carefully in worst results. Another problem I found upon arrival is the instructions say it can read from 5lbs + but when I placed one 5lb dumbell, it didn’t read.. same when I placed another 5lb. I knew the one I had was defective upon arrival.

Ok, I have always wanted one of these. Should I have started during Christmas break, probably not. Eating and no exercise. .. not good. But I am thankful I am using this scale because now I am going to get back on track! I downloaded the AIfit app, put the batteries in the scale and the app did everything else for me. Just put in my name, age, height and it was good to go. Wish I would have gotten this sooner. It tells everything! Ok, I have to go exercise now, think it told me too much ... ugghhh! lol!

Smart scale under $30 bucks! This scale is is of ok quality! And i like it that it is not too heavy. Its simple and its easy to set up! This scale is very accurate and it give me so much information such as my body weight, body fat, bone mass, BMI and etc.. i have been working out and this scale gives me a lot of information regarding my progress! I like how it saves my info everytime i go in the scale! This can be used by multiple people in your family so they can also track their progress when they use the scale! App works fairly well! No problem so far!

It's great. Meanwhile, the customer service is good and they actively help me solve the problem when I was using the scale. It's a happy purchasing experience.

Received the product on time. A little disappointment with the included batteries, as they didn't work at all, probably too old. I had to purchase new ones.With the new batteries it works fine.I sometimes really doubt, the accuracy of body composition measured by it. Because it varies a lot time to time (sometimes too scary).Overall, I'm ok with it.
