I am a musician, photographer and long distance runner. I recently purchased Hydrex and got a chance to put it to the test on my run. It worked incredible well. I was significantly less fatigued during my run and I wasn't sore the following day the way I normally am. I had a chance to speak with the owner of the company directly about when it was best to take Hydrex. He was more than willing to speak with me and gave me great insight into how to best use the product. Personally I found that mixing Hydrex with only 10-12 ounces of water was a little too sweet for tastes so I just added more water and 16 ounces was perfect. Much more bang for your buck then other sports drinks on the market and I like supporting small US family owned businesses and products. Great Job Energenx! Phil S.

I am an 87 year old active woman. I am skeptical about supplements but I gave Hydrex a try. To my amazement my energy and alertness has substantially increased . I tend to get dehydrated at times which affects my balance but that problem has been eliminated since I started drinking Hydrex. I use one packet to 32 ounces of water and sip this drink throughout the day. This combination is suggested for the elderly population. I used the Hydrex for 15 days before going to the Doctor for my bloodwork. To my amazement my bloodwork was excellent, my doctor congratulated me on getting my sugar under control and I have been feeling much better. Unfortunately I put my other 2 boxes in a place where I would remember where it was and had to take a month off but back on track now and won't be without it again. I use 16 plus ounces of water and sometimes put it over ice. We all can use a little more hydration! Thanks so much!
