OK kit but with a few annoying issues.
Overall this is an OK kit of parts but disappointingly it arrived with a cracked and broken chassis which is only made from 2.5mm acrylic so probably broke in transit. It was packed in a plastic bag so very little protection. Also the two large wheels supplied are from different mouldings so one is 68mm diameter and the other 65mm diameter. Whilst they look similar the difference makes accurate driving difficult without some maths in the code to compensate etc. The two acrylic motor mounts really require gluing as they are quite weak and I notice similar kits now seem to be provided with aluminium mounts. I guess you get what you pay for and if you're only looking for a simple motor mount chassis for experimentation with Arduino's etc then this is adequate. Lastly, if like me you want to use LM393 motor speed sensors the holes in the chassis will need filing or re-drilling as they are not quite in the correct place. It was nice to have the 20 slot speed sensing discs supplied and they fit nicely on the inside motor shafts. It could have been a lot better for a little more care and thought in manufacture and packing etc.
