easy to apply and lasts a month
My mom has been using this shampoo for about 6 months now and it has been very useful because it doesn't damage her hair. It's a natural dye that covers her gray hair very well. Her hair lasts a month completely black, and if you bathe, the dye doesn't come out, and it doesn't take as much time or work to touch it up as it would at a hair salon.

Great value and excellent results.
This is the only option I use for my beard. It does a great job of covering my grey for a significantly less expensive option than any of the subscription or store bought dyes. Furthermore, it doesn’t stain my skin and give away the fact that my beard is dyed.

Amazing results!
I was very skeptic and I bought it while didn't believe it would work. The instructions are only on the box, nothing inside the box. When I read them and saw the included items, I noticed it is used exactly as a hairdye that lathers. But it doesn't stain the skin. I applied it per the instructions and instead of waiting 15 minutes, I waited 20 minutes before washing. It also had a smell of dye but not very strong like the dye smell. I have to mention that I have very few white hairs on the sides of my temple, so I do not know if it works just as well if you have a lot of white hair. But it is truly worth the try as it is very cheap. So, I applied it and followed the rest of the instructions. After washing and drying, I couldn't believe that I no longer have a single white hair and it did not dye my scalp nor my skin. Whatever came on my forehead, I wiped it and it was gone.Just be aware that it WILL stain your sink counter. The drops seeped through mine and I couldn't get it out. But it did not stain my shower or the inside of the sink. Now, two months later, and while I was washing my hair with regular shampoo all this time, the effect is still there. Only today, which is two months later, I noticed one white hair peeking through. So I'm going to give it another wash. I am thinking if one has a lot of white hair and if they were not successful covering it form first use, they could probably wash with it more often until they get full coverage. But that's my thought, double check on that to make sure about the acceptable frequency of use.

It worked!? Holy cow, it did work!
My hair is black, but I've been coloring since I was 10 because I was going premature gray. Correction, my mother colored my hair and I began as a teen. I 'm 40 now so I've colored my hair probably 300 times. About once every three months probably. I'm sure that figure isn't exact, but it's close. Last year I noticed I had orange in my hair after only a couple washes. White, "empty" hair can turn green or orange when dyed black. The dye was falling out of my gray, now probably white hair. I have streaks which is gonna be pretty cool when I do stop coloring. I kinda liked the peek-a-boo effect, but not the orange, so I decided to try and dye the front of my hair, where the streaks were, red. I refused to use bleach so the best I ever got was a dark burgundy, even with Splat. Again, it starts falling out and I'd done it like 3 or 4 times since last October. I was dealing with pale red and white threads. Cut to now and my bangs and temples are dry and brittle. I was done. I needed to cover grays and go back to black, but I didn't want to damage it further. I asked a hair dresser friend about plant based dye shampoos and she said it would be gentler on my hair if it worked. I tried a patch test last night to make sure it wouldn't react with my skin and would cover the gray. It did nothing and I left it for an hour or more. I decided since today was a wash day anyway, I'd try it. I left it in for an hour and a half, maybe two. My scalp never burned or really even itched. Not like with drug store box dyes where you wanna keep a pair of chopsticks handy to scratch your head or you'll go mad. Completely ignoring the instructions, I rinsed it out, scrubbed in some of my also plant based bar conditioner and left that for 30 mins or so. Guess who's hair is now black again? I was super surprised. It's a warm black and I prefer a cool, but I wear toppers anyway. Yeah they cover grays, but I style them so my hair and it are curled together. So grays peek through. I'm just so honestly surprised it worked as well as it did. I have not washed it yet. I wash with rice water, but only once a week. If something drastic happens like the color falling out or staining my pillow, I'll update this review. My intentions are to only use it when I notice the grays becoming a little unruly. I hope I can use it that way. I was banking on rice water strengthening my hair and I don't wanna have to bake my head every wash day to keep it black. As for why the patch test didn't work: I'm pretty sure it's two bottles in one, you depress the pump and both products come out together. You mix them in your hands and apply. I think that first little pump wasn't enough of one or the other products to activate it. I wound up using a lot, working in sections, but all the hair dye videos on youtube say to SATURATE the hair, so I did. Especially in the front where the most work needed to be done. It didn't dye my skin nearly as dark as a box dye would have and it washed out easily.I'm so shocked it worked as well as it did. I expected to have to do it a couple times for the effect to "build up" I guess. Idk about all the reviews saying it's fake. It worked just fine for me.

Effective Results, but Experienced Beard Itching
I was impressed with how well this shampoo covered my gray hairs, delivering a rich black color that lasted as advertised. The application was straightforward, and I appreciated the inclusion of natural ingredients. However, after using it on my beard, I experienced persistent itching that lasted for several days. Initially, I thought it might be a natural reaction, but I'm uncertain about its cause. While the product works effectively, I recommend conducting a patch test before applying it to facial hair to ensure compatibility with your skin.

It works!
So surprised, it actually works. It didn't leave my hair dry and the coverage was spot on.It's only been a few days so I'll date again on how long it lasts. I don't shampoo my hair but once every 2 weeks because I've started my loc journey and I have very soft hair so it's taking a little more time for me to loc so fingers crossed.
