SNS Reduce XT, 90 Capsules

I just finished my 2nd bottle of this stuff. I honestly do not think it did much for me. I know this isn't a miracle drug that will just cause your body to drop weight. I understand it's meant to lower your cortisol which can POTENTIALLY increase the speed of your weight loss. I took this during a cut where I was restricting calories to 1600 per day in the hopes to lose 1.5lbs per week. I'm 6' and was 178lbs when I started taking this. I track all of my calories consumed and lift 3x per week for about 45 minutes. I am now hovering around 168-170lbs. I lost weight at roughly the rate I was going for. I've been on cuts before without this and can say that I saw no difference whatsoever.I'm considering trying it again when my cut stalls even while calorie restricted. I've read what some other people say and I've see many positive reviews of this helping people lose those last couple of pounds to reach their body fat percentage goal. It is possible that my cortisol is already pretty low which is why this wouldn't have much of an effect but I've never had it checked. I will say that I did not notice any joint pain like many others have said. I was taking it with fish oil so perhaps that was aiding in the no joint pain. I can't give it 5 stars because it didn't work for me personally but I also can't give it 1 star because I understand how this product works and it would probably work great for someone who has naturally high cortisol.

I didn't see any changes, a active health person and I was only looking to reduce about 3- 5 pounds I work out daily, this product should have worked.... it didn't do anything.
