Silverwood Oven Roasting Dish - 14.5"/37cm x 12/30cm

A very good looking dish with small "wings" to enable tilting for easier basting.The silver material provides a good non stick surface but as would be expected roasted on food can still leave some staining particularly in the corners.

Excellent quality. Strong, sturdy and will sit over a flame to make gravy. Not the cheapest but it will be the last one you buy!

I've been using Silverwood hardware and roasting dishes for 12years now and although the initial cost may seem high believe me worth every penny. No warping, no rusting and a worthy investment .

Silverwood products never fail to please. I have a selection of Silverwood pans as they are so much easier to clean and last for years. Worth every penny!
