I wanted something that I could use to keep my sliding window open at night but not have to worry about the bad stuffs that happens at night. Works great!

I use this as a security product for my sliding doors without having to drill anything in the frame. I have a similar item that has only one fastening screw that I attached to the windows, and that one works great too. I hope that this item would help me keep the sliding door from moving during hurricane winds. Otherwise, it is great if you want to keep the door slightly open for air circulation, or maybe if your dog/cat constantly moves in and out of the house and you don't have, don't want to invest, or cannot install a doggie door.

The locks looked just as shown. There’s an issue with functionality tho. While the rubber piece on the inside was exactly what I needed- they can’t really be secured properly. The rubber on the side w/the key just folds in and makes them kind of useless.So waste of $6-7. And I needed them to help secure a window for an AC unit.Wouldn’t order again. Great in theory, but poor in execution

I installed a portable AC in our spare room. I have to partially open the sliding window for the exhaust air manifold. I used 2 of the locks to secure our window in place. Perfect!

I love it!! I popped open my locks before because I left my keys inside and ever since anybody could just slide open my window which is very dangerous just bought these and installed them it is a little challenging but I used all my force to screw it on now it can’t even open at all but for those who don’t want to reapply them it’s best if you just get your window repaired because it’ll take lots of effort to reinstall after opening it unless you just want it open a few inches. Very satisfied with my purchase I feel much safer

Very easy to install, and now I feel safe that no one can easily break in through my window.

I bought this package of four so I could share them with my neighbors. I should have tried to use it before giving them away because they don't fit on a standard patio door frame. Very disappointed!

I was a little skeptical that these could work but they work wonderfully. I went outside to test and was unable to open my window no matter how much I tried.
