It’s a neat idea where we are able to see and hear the rain fall which helps make sleep much better.This humidifier has seven color light options to be a single light, lights rotate, or you can turn the light off. The rainfall can be a light mist of a nice steady rainfall.I would make sure that there is a tray underneath the humidifier. I’ve had some moisture on top of my night stand but with a tray being under it, I’ve had no problems with water getting on other things.Over all this humidifier is exactly what I was looking for! I bought two, one for my room and one for my daughter (teenager). I wouldn’t put it in a room where younger kids sleep and play.
