Q: Do these pants have a zipper in front if you need to use the restroom?

Oh, yes. They have a good zipper, and you handle those trousers just as you would the belted ones. They are comfort plus, as I mentioned. And yes, they are easy to put on and take off. I have bad knees and sometimes an aching and stiff back, so these trousers are just what I need for convenience and comfort. I cannot recommend them too highly. I am still on the lookout for a dark brown pair. Yes, the zipper is easy to use and the pants (in general) make life so much easier for me. My waist line has increased somewhat because of some medicine I take (which slows metabolism and also increases appetite), so rather than go to a much larger waist size pants, I decided on these drawstring one with the elasticized waist. Again, I highly, highly recommend them.

Q: I ware size 42 which one I should order ?

Hi, Sorry for the delay response. An extra large waist measures 40 ½" and a double extra large waist measures 44 ½". These are drawstring with an elastic waistband so the do give some room. So this would really depend on your preference. Hope this helps.

Yes, they fit like a pair of slacks. But they look great as casual pants. In fact we ordered a second pair.

Yes, a little confusing depending on which Cubavera site you are on. I ordered from the one where "large" was a 37" waist and one of the length options was 30". Fit was excellent.
