Product works for me but 360 capsule version is better value.
Product is great and definitely works for me. I stopped it for a couple of weeks and started getting a grating pain in my back. Started back on it and it went again. However, I’m a bit disappointed as I usually buy the 360 capsule version as it is much better value, but this wasn’t available this time. Hope the 360 version comes back soon or will probably have to look elsewhere.

I have been taking these capsules for some time and been well ripped off by a well known high street firm. These capsules are by far the best value for money.

Check the dosage per tab
I'm sure this is perfectly good as a Magnesium supplement but it is a bit confusing in the ad. It states 1024mg serving. What it doesnt tell you is that is with 2 tablets. So this 120 tablet tub will last 2 months. Bear that in mind when comparing other which are the same dose for 1 tablet. Bit of a con. Won't be buying again, will go back to my 90 tablet 1 a day product I used before at the same price.

Sleepless nights
I finally gave in and decided to give this a try, now I wish I'd ordered it earlier. Starting to feel the difference in sleeping pattern and leg muscle ache. Will be taking regularly.

Worth the Wait!
I've been using these Magnesium Glycinate Supplements for a few weeks now, and I must say I'm impressed! They have helped reduce my muscle cramps and improve my sleep quality. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they don't have a chalky taste. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took a bit longer than expected to notice the effects. Overall, a great product!
