Q: Am I supposed to place water in the heating unit? The directions mention water but don't say where it goes!

My instructions mentions water also. This is a dangerous error in the instructions. I’d like to speak to the company about this problem. I could have been seriously injured! My instructions also mention fabric strips. Which were not included. Another misinformation error. I have attached a video of the item 10 on the back page of the instructions where it clearly mentions to be careful of the “water”. Something needs to be done about this. I expect to hear back or I will take this mater to all consumer complaint agencies.
