Likes. The ratcheting action works good. Reversing direction is easy. The end cap has a little nub the bits clip onto.DISLIKES. The 14 bits come on 2 carriers. So you would think the bit go in the handle. No and No! 1 carrier fits in the handle. Then you think there has to be a way. I know! Face the ends of the bits together so they interleave and are a little shorter. No, doesn't work. Still doesn't fit. Not only that, the handle tapers and the one set of bits get stuck and you have to bang on it to get it out. Who designed this? An additional 5/8 of an inch and no taper this tool would be great.
