it arrived modestly packaged in a sturdy box, included a USB magnetic charging cable.operation is super simple, using the single button to toggle the display on and off. if you are comfortable using a smart phone or tablet, you won't even need instructions to operate this watch.it comes with 5 watch faces pre installed, so you can customize the look of the face.the rest of the functions are accessed by swiping on the face. included, but not limited to blood pressure, blood oxygen, step counter, heart rate. there are several addition features like music playback, reading social media messages, weather, camera control that are only available by downloading the app on your smartphone.note: if you want to set the correct time, you MUST download the app. for some strange reason, they do not allow you to manually set the time on the watch face. perhaps this is a clever inducement to increase downloads.this watch gives you more bang for the buck, and is well worth it.

Look, this watch is cheap. It's also thin and simple so it looks like an everyday watch. The screen is nice and bright so I can usually tell the time at a glance (occasionally in direct sunlight I have to shade it). It feeds some info to some of the apps which is fine for me, I'm not some total techno geek that wants to have every bodily function recorded 24/7. However, you can't set this thing to check your heartrate regularly during a workout (or periodically all day) or your O2 levels and the blood pressure part is worthless. It reads the same every time and it's never the same as my machine tells me, and I've tested the machine at my doctor's office.Why am I giving this 3 stars? Because the first one I got died after a year and a half. I came THIS close to just buying a regular Timex watch for slightly more but I didn't. The shortest lived Timex I ever had lasted a decade but I also get a kick out of being able to control my music player from my wrist.

Pros: lightweight, nice analog clock face, good battery life (about 5 days). Good size (not too big). Can control your camera.Cons: where to start?- Text notifications don't work with my Samsung S20- Phone call alert doesn't work consistently- Shows all Facebook alerts, not just Facebook messenger- No message reply features (not even preset replies)- No support for Discord, Teams, Outlook, or Gmail. You can enable "other" but that shows every push notification your phone gets.- Quick view only works about half the time.- Shows the temperature, but it only updates once an hour.- Limited choice of analog watch faces, and not customizable.- Biggest con: No tech support. No contact address in the watch instructions. I finally tried emailing the app maker but didn't get a reply.I decided to keep the watch only because I need a new watch and I like the weight and look of this watch, and it was cheap.

Upon receipt of this watch, was difficult to set up due to barebone pictorial instruction sheet. OVer the first day or two, it seemed to give accurate readings of B/P, O2 saturation, and sleep patterns. Blood pressure was my primary issue. That first day, I comapred the readings with my own BP cuff and they were pretty close. However, after the first day, the systolic reading was ALWAYS 140 mm Hg, for the next 10 days. My BP cuff was giving me readings around 112 mm Hg. I sent this watch back to Amazon and asked for a replacement. The replacement did the same thing, reading 140 mm Hg after the first day. Sent this one back and requested a refund.

This is my first smart watch, so I don't really have a frame of reference and I haven't even explored all the things this watch can do yet, but so far I'm pretty stoked. First, I like that it doesn't give me a rash like most other watches I've had do. It's nice and lightweight. What I mostly use it for so far is calorie tracking without having to do all the logging. It just does it for me and makes it much easier to monitor my diet and exercise. I will update as I explore and evaluate the other features.

I can only read most recent messages . Can't answer calls because there's only end call button and the other is a yellow with cancel call option on it. No option to answer calls through the watch. That's one of the most important reasons I bought the watch.
