Failed after two uses leaving me with a flat car battery when I wanted to go out :(. Full refund given by Amazon however.

‘Trickle’ is the operative word in this product’s description.In optimum weather conditions the panel puts around 270 milliamps into my car’s cigarette lighter socket. This is around 18.5x less than a mains charger puts into the battery.Worse still, in cloudy weather the panel output drops by around 80%.If you (or someone else) can, measure the current consumption from your car’s battery with everything turned off (in its overnight state) You may be as surprised as I was at how much is required just to back up the car’s electronics – which soon drains the battery of an unused car.In my case the panel’s maximum output is not enough to keep up with the idle-state battery drain of my 11 year old Ford Focus Ghia.In summary then, one of these will TRICKLE charge an ISOLATED car battery (a battery disconnected from whatever is draining it in the unused car). Three or four of these (CONNECTED IN PARALLEL NOT SERIES) would be a more effective car battery charger, though still nothing like as effective as a mains charger.On its own one of these, with voltage regulation, could well however be of use to electronics enthusiasts (on sunny days!)

Walk away from this one. It simply does not work.
