The only downsides to this are the lack of instructions and that it's too long. But the length isn't an issue because now I have 2 multitools that are perfect rather than 1.The lack of instructions isn't an issue either as the company follows up in email form with them. I didn't need them, the device is intuitive if you take a hot second to look at it. You get 3 poles, one of which has screw on bits. Simply unscrew them, wiggle the other poles into each end, slide the caps back on and screw tight. Chuck on the black ridged handle on one side and whichever tool you need on the other, simple. The tools come in 2 varieties. One has lipped attachments which are held by a blue triangular bit and the other set has holes into which you simple slide the main pole. As the main pole is too long, I kept it as 3 pieces, got rid of the middle and use one pole with one set of tools and the other with the rest. It's totally perfect for my 55L tank.The tools are all sturdy and well made and I've had no issue with them slipping off.If you have an acrylic tank you may want to avoid using the metal scraper and go lightly with the scrubber. Personally I would have preferred a rubber scrubber head as metal can even ding up glass in clumsy hands.

I was skeptical about this buying this as bought one a few years ago which lasted all of 3 or 4 uses and was as flimsy.Really pleased with the weight of this, and the motor seems substantial so far.Can clean the bottom of my tank without losing all the water!

I recently bought a 300ltr tank and due to its size realised that my old way of cleaning my tank would not work with a tank this size so I bought this product. This is a handy and very flexible tool. I particularily like the glass cleaner which works a treat. It also provides a scrapper and two different size nets etc... apart from a grabber stick it has all you need!! Well worth the buy

Lovely bit of kit is this. very well made great quality, I like the way it all slots together the fittings and poles are very strong and it seems great value for money with the two nets, cleaning pad and scraper. first impressions were great and it is a well designed product.My problem is with the scraper. The blade is not flat, so it doesn't come into contact with the glass the whole way along the blade, meaning that is only cleans lines down the glass instead of an aria as wide as the scraper itself. Also I get the impression that the blade is at an angle to steep to clean the glass efficiently I prefer scrapers that lay flatter on the glass.And there was a small bur on the scraper so if I was going to keep it I would have had to clean that of myself with a sharpening stone.I suppose the only other complaint would be that there doesn't seem to be a way to replace the cleaning pad once it has worn out.The positives are that the construction and materials used are very good, and if all you need is a couple of nets I would recommend this product and say it is worth the money.I wanted this mainly for the scraper so will be returning.

Easy to use. Quiet and you soon see the difference in how clean the gravel is.

Avoid. Broken after first usage. Costumer service not responding.
