Chair didn't work
the back gets stuck and does not rise

Refurbished, perfect condition, looks and feels new
I ordered this chair refurbished from OfficeDesignsOutlet because I wasn't willing to pay full price for a new chair. I have to say, I am extremely pleased with it.It looks, smells, and feels new. There are no scratches, everything works as advertised. The one downside is that I didn't get a nice manual or an official box, but hey, it's refurbished and like $300 cheaper for a reason!The chair itself is an absolute godsend, I've been sitting in it for a few hours and my upper back and neck pain have completely gone away. (For reference, my last chair was an Ikea Markus - absolutely terrible.)I highly recommend both this chair and this seller. I'm even considering purchasing another one (also refurbished) for my office, simply because I love this chair so much.
