I got this facial massager to help improve my skin. I have enlarged pore problem at T zone, and dark circle around my eyes. This massager turns out to be quite helpful. The cool setting mode tighten my skin pretty well and significantly reduce the pore size after using the toner. The hot setting mode accelerate facial blood circulation and open pores, thus helping the eye serum absorbs better and reduce the dark circle. My eyes felt very soothed. Using this massager alleviates my skin problem a lot. It is definitely a great buy.

I asked for this RIKA hot/cold face massager for Christmas and was so excited to open it Christmas morning! It felt well made and had a great little storage bag. I charged it that afternoon to use that evening. Bummer! It wouldn’t power on. Tried several times & recharged, but it would not turn on. Did a “Return/Replace” in Amazon’s system, assuming they’d send another of the exact item, just one that works! This one came in a totally different box, no storage bag, and the on/off button details are completely different. The instructions are the worst English translation I’ve ever seen and make no sense whatever, which is telling. Quality control is definitely lacking. Nowhere on the box, instructions, or massager is a manufacturer’s name. This one came on and heated, said it was vibrating (maybe...kinda, sorta) and now it’s been turned off for over 25 minutes, but I can still hear a fan running inside. Can’t get it to go off. My husband paid $50 for the RIKA, but this one looks like a much cheaper one I see elsewhere on Amazon. Come on Amazon! I want to love you, but this sketchy crap that we run into periodically with you and your vendors is starting to make us very wary. What a huge disappointment. It’s going back...permanently.

My skin type is sensitive and very likely to have redness if I do not have enough rest. I got this item and hope it can help relieve it. Actually, it does more than I expected! The hot massage helps a lot with my blood circulation. So surprised! My dark circle and puffiness got obviously reduced! I kept using some one-time steamed eye mask for my dark circle. Now I feel I no longer need them, which will save me a lot of money!! Also, the cool function of it makes me feel very soothed. After using, the cooling effect keeps a pretty long time. Love this item a lot!! Great product and visible difference. What else can I expect from it! It is Amazing!! THANK YOU, RIKA!!

I had a different kind of facial toner that I used until it quit working. I'm still trying to get used to this one. The current is stronger. I do like the fact that it stays charged for so long.

Doesn’t disperse heat or cold throughout surface. It’s annoying to use. I have had different one and dropped it so I bought this one and this is not worth it.

(RAVE on OK). ...so you too can now have the luxury of feeling as if you've been hit with a sunkissed warmth on your face, without taking on the outdoor sunrays! ;) Oh, but :-) ...On the flip side of the temperature scale, the cold is quite actually soothing by the time you get done with the heat mode being used first! AND, I just luv the vibrate mode!! It feels so therapeutic--not too strong--just right type of intensity! Try it! Your tired & over-worked eyes will LOVE it, especially! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, for that frugal self-deserved quick pick-me-up or as a memorable gift of self-care for those someones who are extra special in your life! MUAH>>

I'm not used to write reviews but this one is a must! After using for a few times my skin become obviously better. It's easy to use and it's light, and small. I like the warm mode which helps absorb facial oil following with cool mode w/ vibration as the last step as it shrinks the pores. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
