Get one, you won't regret it!
A must have for those of you who are trying to tone up your arms and get yourself fitter. Love the concept and easy to do once you master keeping the board in place. I found that an exercise mat was very useful for this and stopped me sliding forward as I exercised. Love the concept!

Arrived safely, novel way to pack a dvd. Haven't gotten to test it yet (stood on it), but it seems like it will be quite fun and keeps you on your toes. If you are someone that fears a workout might be boring (or you struggle to engage with things) this will help.

Good for couch potato
I have poor health so exercise is difficult. I use this for 5 minutes several times a day. Easy to use and I am feeling results.
