This is the second sauna top I have bought, the other one from a different company was bad. It only warmed me.At first I thought the same with Sweat Vest Sauna Slimming top but to my surprise. When I went for a walk and job, it heated up nicely...

Great quality and make sure you order a brand with a zipper
It is a great product but I am 5'7" 200 lbs bodybuilder. So I had to order extremely large so it is very long.Still does the job but me being short makes it come to my hips.

Increase body temperature, compression of the stubborn areas with no restriction of movement.
I purchased this vest not only for compression but for self confidence in the gym!It acts as both.It gives me the full support of a compression vest which aids in stability and it also hides the love handles and flatens my chest and stomach!I’m very happy so far with this item, it heats the torso rapidly and is only recommended for 2 hours worth of exercise.I am yet to use for any cardio but doesn’t seem to ride up like other vests I’ve used as the neoprene holds in place really well even when bending and sitting.I’ll be buying more after I’ve had my 1st cardio session!I am usually a large in tops so bought large, it’s very snug but not uncomfortable - size up if you want less of a close fit.5* from me so far!
