Great product, arrived with scratches
It's very easy to assemble. You just take it out of the box, screw a few parts together, and you're done. What I noticed immediately, though, is that there were several parts of the stand that were scratched/damaged (see pics). None of this is horrible, mind you, and it's difficult to see in the black metal once all the tools are hanging on it. But, regardless of the price, the product should be in good condition if purchased new, and it just wasn't. Several of the scratches couldn't have possibly happened during shipping and there was no damage to the box, so these had to have happened on the factory floor during manufacturing or boxing.Otherwise, it's great and does what it's supposed to well being pretty nice looking. The base is sturdy and ensure the only way it's going to fall over is if someone gives it a decent push. I was particularly impressed by the tongs. They articulate well, seem sturdy but still easy to handle. They make moving burning logs around in the fireplace an absolute breeze, whereas before I used to have to move them with a poker or another piece of wood.

Quite heavy duty and ... heavy
Although I am not giving pics for this one, it is pretty much how you see in the advertised pics. These fireplace utensils are perfect for any chimney. Although they are a bit heavy that's what your kind of paying for... IRON. I hold many a fires in my chimney and these work perfectly for keeping it nice and tidy all while keeping your flames in check. Easy to assemble, really only took about 5 minutes. Good buy.

good enough
Got these for the fireplace at the hunting cabin I frequent every November because we were all using our boots to fit burning logs in the cast iron fireplace. These are not great, but they are not trash. They are good enough. And for the price, I think that is what should be expected. I'm not disappointed in the tools. On the contrary, for the price these are pretty good.

Not very heavy but a nice presentation
First things first, when screwing anything together (like this base) make sure to use blue threadlocker so that you never have to futz with loose connection thereafter. That being said, this is a reasonably nice fireplace set at a decent price. The tools do not have very much heft to them (compared to the fireplace sets around when I was a kid...now THOSE were heavy) but should be easy enough for even the most noodle armed humanoid to be able to use.The best part, to me is that they are all confined to a very small footprint which means that if space is at a premium around your fire-hole then this would be an acceptable set to consider.4 stars. Nice set!

Heavy but easy to use.
This set as a whole was unexpectedly heavy. But once out of the box it was easily managed. The tools are high quality and work well. My favorite part of this is that it holds everything in place so you donโt lose anything. We actually use this set outdoors at our fire pit. It works very well to safely manage fires. The weight of the stand helps it to stand up even when all of the tools are off of it.

Welded joints are not ground down
I like the look of this Kingson 5 Pcs Fireplace Tools Set, and it is very easy to assemble. The welded joints on the tool holder are not flush with the metal before they painted the holder, so it creates a unprofessional look when looked at closely. It does function as it is suppose to, so I gave it 4 stars.

Perfectly serviceable, looks fine but not great
Like someone else already pointed out, the welds aren't ground perfectly smooth so there are obvious seams and gaps if you look closely. It's okay for what it is -- the tools work for their intended purpose, and I just have them by my basement fireplace, anyhow, so it's fine.
