Non GMO, genuine Italian product.
I am an Italian who left the old Country quite a few years ago, and I cannot stand chemically or biologically engineered food. It's simply against my view of good food. I ordered this "variety pack" of Mulino Biano which is one of the brands of Barilla (the maker of pasta). While still living in Italy I used to buy this brand, which is one of the best. Since these cookies are made in Italy THERE IS NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, which is banned in Europe. These cookies are as good as I remembered and if it was not for shipping, the cost would be comparable to the junk you can buy here in the US. I don't mind paying a higher price for quality. Friends who tried them were impressed; maybe not as sweet as the mentioned junk (which is good) but certainly a much higher quality!
