I recorded my friend's favorite Halloween song from YouTube and made her a music box. She loves Hocus Pocus Come Little Children. Recorded loud and clear. Plays as soon as the box is opened. No issues. I recorded it too loud according to my musician husband but it sounds so great loud. I really love the result. No static. Super easy on my computer. Plug in to headphone jack. Hit play on YouTube, front button on box to start, same button again to stop when song is finished. 200 seconds! Plenty of room for full song and 18 seconds more I didn't need. Highly recommend!

What a great little sound box, was so easy to program literally 1 button on the thing. Sound quality was clean almost as good as my phone. I have no negatives to give.

The product works as described. However, the audio quality is just OK. But considering the price, it is still a good product.

Recording was easy but sound quality is terrible. Lots of static and cracking from the speaker. Waste of money

This is perfect. I made a homemade jewelry box for friend and could not find her favorite tune, so I downloaded tune on this device. I was able to download the whole tune. This plays when you open the box and it is exposed to light. Tune stops playing when you close the box. Will buy this again.

I've purchased several of these sound boxes to create music boxes. They are easy to record, have excellent sound quality and work reliably.

It would be easier if you could jsut upload the file of the song. Instead you have to record eith a 3.5mm jack and the result is staticy recordings.

My elderly mother kept knocking her head on a particular kitchen cupboard door when she left it open. I bought one of these modules and recorded Larry Grayson singing "Shut that door" and installed it in the offending cupboard. Since then she can't shut the kitchen fast enough!!!!

I won't spoil it, but there is some audio pre-loaded on this that made me laugh a lot. So much so that I left it on instead of my intended recording.
