I usually have my 2 small dogs in the same basket when driving but on a long trip, one of them gets a little aggressive. This helped me separate them but still have both up front.It is best for a certain small dog. The covering is a but rough but wipeable. The velco is placed in such a way that the rough part constantly rubs my arm and hurts. The downside.

My anxious chihuahua loves this thing! He finds his peace in this thing lol. He usually shakes and pants in car rides but now he sleep in this during car rides as you can see in the picture. And also, i was able to attach this on my paddle board and he sleeps or sun bathe in this. Awesome ! Definitely recommend! It dries quickly after getting it wet and pretty sturdy.

Almost too small for my 3 lb. Chihuahua

This has been my best pet purchase. My dog always wants to sit on my lap so she can see out the window but with this new seat, she now is more comfortable have a seat which allows her to be safe while having a view out the window.

I didn’t like this seat. It was stiff and not soft to the touch. I returned it.

Our little yorkie rode safe and happy in this. It fit perfectly between the 2 front seats over the console. Sides are all well padded, but I did add a small blanket in the bottom. Happy with this purchase.

I found this very difficult to install on my console. Once Installed, the elastics were not very secure and kept disconnecting. I don't find this to be very safe for my pet. Also the unit is very flimsy. I would not recommend.
