Really Easy Piano: Big Chart Hits

This music book was a great hit for my 13-year-old grand-daughter at Christmas.A perfect level for her new keyboard.She loved it for its easy arrangements of really popular modern songs ... she knew them all!Words and music, and a brief history and helpful notes on each piece too.At the price, it could not be better!

bought this for a grade 2/3 teenager. She is finding the songs quite easy to play with the right hand, and is now slowly working on the left hand. She is pursuing it because they are all songs that she likes so wants to be able to play them. i.e.-Ed Sheran, The Wanted etc. My daughter is already looking to buy other books in the series!

I bought this book for my son. The pices are excactly what the title says. However he did find some of the pieces challenging, who doesn't like a challenge. The only problem is that the book only gives you a small section of the song, at least that's what it looks like. But other than that, great buy. Recommended!

I bought this for my daughter who is a comparative beginner at the piano, thinking that this was for beginners. She finds it a struggle so I wouldn't recommend this for beginners, it seems users would need a basic knowledge. Having said that it is a good selection of songs and has given my daughter something to learn.

These 'Easy' piano books are very misleading. The pieces are not particularly easy, although it depends on the individual's ability. For youngsters who really are needing 'easy' music this is way too hard. I have had pupils who are not yet at grade 1 standard wanting to play from these books as they say easy on them, however the range and rhythms etc used are too tricky.

This was purchased for my daughter who is teaching herself to play the piano. It is perfect as its very easy to read. She is only 10 and can play most of the tunes already. This book was very good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone who is learning to play the piano what ever the age.

It was a bit too easy for me but thats not a negative.

C'est un recueil intéressant mais il faut savoir qu'il faut au moins trois année de pratique pour jouer ces partitions.

Ethält die Melodiestimme mit dem Text der ersten Strophe und den Refrain, die Begleitstimme für Klavier und die Akkorde. Die Melodien sind zum Teil vereinfacht, die Lieder stark verkürzt (bei Skinny Love fehlt die zweite Strophe und das komplette Ende, das ja nun sehr verschieden zum Anfang ist). Gut für Anfänger, die mal was anderes spielen wollen, für Fortgeschrittene keine Herausforderung und für Musikliebhaber der einzelnen Lieder nicht authentisch genug.Empfehlenswert für wirkliche Anfänger, die gerade lernen mit zwei Händen zu spielen oder auf dem Keyboard mit Akkorden spielen lernen.
