Excellent. Does as it should...once you get used to it.....it is light....so you do need two hands. Sharpens scissors of this type really well

Easy to use and sharpens very well.

It seems to work better for right handers - it's a little hit and miss for me, but it does work. Can't use on the shorter, smaller type of scissors and as I really want some sharp tips it doesn't quite do it for me. However, as the best scissor sharpener I have seen, despite my misgivings above I have given it 4 stars.

I've got so many pairs of scissors that can't even cut paper but not any more!! I bought the Fiskars brand because my fave scissors are Fiskars and a couple of swipes on this and they are razor sharp. And the sharpener has sorted out all of my other rubbish cheap scissors. Win. Win

Awesome, got my dressmaking scissors from not cutting anything back to being super sharp on any fabric.

Product was delivered reasonably fast and is well made, it seems to work ok to keep scissors sharp but doesn’t work very well on blunt ones, tried unsuccessfully to sharpen my old blunt scissors but regardless of how many times i tried this product would not produce an edge sharp enough to cleanly cut fabric and had to have my scissors professionally sharpened, it’s possibly ok if you only use on paper scissors or to use to keep the sharp edge if scissors are already sharp and the unit is easier to use than the smaller units do to the housing being larger

Fantastic tool. Very easy to use and very effective. ALL my scissors are sharp again.

This is the only gadget that actually sharpens my Fiskars snippers. I do a lot of dressmaking and I'd bought the small disc shaped sharpener, but it didn't help at all. So when I went into my local haberdashers and they kindly sharpened my snippers on one of these, I knew I had to have one of my own!
