It's a "Pump" action horn
You get 2 horns for 7 quid....they do what they say and I've bought these for the UEFA 2020 final and they work fine. You simply use the pump at the bottom to push the air through the horn. Seems some people have received a different product or are confused as these will not run out and do not use gas.I'm not expecting them to last long for the price but will do the job and can be sounded to make a tune!

Utter Rubbish
Box ripped and torn, horns don't work and to add insult to injury I have to pay postage to get a refund! Not happy!!!

Loud, just what i wanted but when you press the button sometimes the horn bit falls off, i wish you would have just made it so that it is one set piece and not that you have to attach it back on and off

Brilliant non aerosol Heron deterant!!
Didn’t realise when buying this (reluctantly) - but it’s a pump action manual thing.Loud enough to make a person jump or scare a heron (tried & tested sadly) but not as loud or potentially harmful as the aerosol ones.Excellent value - work well.

Very LOUD
Bought this to try and deter annoying and persistent cold phone callers, don't know what it sounds like on the other end of the phone but it seems to be working.
