Excellent mug. I use it every day for work and it keeps my tea or coffee hot for hours just as described. Very easy to clean and keep looking great. Very good product, stores a good amount of drink and its quick and easy to brew a drink. It is very good and keeping things hot and it comfortably fits into my cars drink holder. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes I feel it is too good! It keeps things too hot to drink for a couple of hours so have to wait for it to cool down. The lid seals well and nothing spills when it is turned upside down. But other than the length of time it takes for drinks to cool down, it works perfectly and is good value.
