Arrived in specified time and reasonably priced. I do mosaic work, masks and baby bumps. So after the bandages have dried and you have covered it with litres of pvc glue, placed the glass where you need it. Apply the resin leave for a day or so then soak the bandages off. You have a wonderful piece of personal art for inside the house or the garden. My baby bump is now in front of a light and the colours are fantastic. Remember resin outside in a shed or something. Superb.

The kit arrived on time. It was my first experiment with resin casting and I struggled a lot with mixing. They provided a mixing recipe with the kit but it was for mixing 1kg of resin. I wanted to make small samples. This is the only reason why I have given them 4 stars. I wish there was a mixing recipe for small quantities which was less technical for a first time buyer. The resin was not setting properly so I just kept on mixing more and more catalyst each time. Other than that I think there is nothing wrong with it and the resin is of good quality. I ended up with a few good samples as well. I think an improved recipe is a basic thing which can easily be improved and be provide with the product.

Fantastic service. I was expecting to wait 5 days and the product arrived within 36 hours.The product itself is brilliant and very easy to use. The product was used to preserved an orchid button hole from my son's wedding. The orchid did change colour due to the heat the product generated during the setting process - however, I will be able to treasure the orchid for many many years. Quick delivery and price good. There isn't enough hardener for the amount of resin. I used the recommended amount of hardener but curing took a great deal of time, and even then the finished article had a sticky feel.Using more hardener cured this problem, but I now have to purchase some more.I did add some colouring to the mix so this may have had some effect, overall pleased with my purchase.

This kit sorted all my difficult to buy for male family members and has given me an interest in do further projects. It is easy to do - if a little smelly- and the results have been much admired. Just dont drop the catalyst on your new £90 shoes- it takes the colour out!!!

First time using this product, the cups were great for measuring out the resin, the syringe measures the catalyst brilliantly.The resin itself dries perfectly clear so those wanting a jurassic park amber effect will be disappointed, but if like me you want to preserve and protect something in a clear object it works beautifully.When I first looked at the catalyst I thought I'd been shortchanged as the bottle was only a third full, however you require such a small amount to mix it up they're giving you the exact amount you need (so don't be too eager with that syringe)!I'm making spheres but the tub is very useful for leftover resin, I'm trying to work out what to put in there...

Though for the money you're paying you get a large amount of resin this product is not suitable for professionals. I have a jewellery shop on etsy and used this to make some rings that I have not been able to put up because after two weeks they are still not fully cured. Though they feel cured when wearing the resin leaves imprints. And don't even get me started on the smell.

This is not the only resin I have bought lately.It is good value for money, and always seems to arrive in good time, so I can't fault it for that.However, it does stink to high heaven, and even though you wouldn't be stupid enough to use it indoors, you have to be a fair distance from the house to not get the smell going into the house.Took about a week and a half to cure.
