Very pleased with this tray so far AND with the service from the company. We will soon embark on a 4 hour car ride with a 2 and half year old and I wanted something to give him a place to color or play with toys and help prevent whatever he's doing from sliding off. This seems the perfect thing - will update once we've actually used it in the car. Here's where the customer service comes in: when the tray first arrived, it was missing the belt to go behind the child to keep them from pushing it off. I followed instructions on the insert and contacted the company directly. This was late in the evening. The company - Ben specifically - responded to my email overnight, said they would send out a new tray with the belt. A day or so later, received another package, opened it up and found this bag Parents Organizer Bag - Fits All Baby Strollers. Travel Bag W/Removable Shoulder Strap for Carrying Bottles, Diapers, Toys & Snacks. Insulated Cooling Construction W/Cup Holder & Storage Pockets. Not exactly what I was expected, though it seems like a very nice bag. I let Ben know and he immediately apologized and said he was getting the right product out to me ASAP. And he did. A day later the tray with the belt was delivered. The tray arrived well in advance of when I needed it, so I'm quite happy with my purchase, even if it did go a little haywire LOL. Things happen! But at least the customer service was top notch - quick and very respectful. Thanks Ben!

We ordered three different trays last minute before an 8 hour road trip with our 5 and 2 y/o. These were much better than the others. They were sturdy and stayed in place on two different types of car seats. The higher and more rigid walls are nice too. Highly recommend!

Flimsy, not stable, and came missing the strap to hold it onto a car seat. The sides seem to always want to cave in so the pockets become rather useless. It also has a weird width so it doesn't fit in between the car seat sides, nor does it go over both so its always a balancing act. (not a great idea for a toddler) I tried this on three different car seats with the same results. about 2 inch wider, or less wide would have made this at least useful.

If the "armrest" part of the carseat sits much higher than their lap, it's essentially useless. The sides of our carseats are pretty high and the trays ended up sitting right up close to their shoulders. Not useful at all.

I travel a lot with my kids for long journeys by car(+-8 hours). This lap tray is great!! It's sturdy, it has quite a few pockets and it has a nice size surface area. My kids are thrilled with it. It helped them occupy themselves for a long time.They had snacks and games,... I didn't have to twist my back to hand them something every few minutes or to pick up the things that keep on falling underneath the seats.

Love this tray table! Very well made and pretty! Total necessity when traveling with kids and babies in the car! Our very busy and active 3 year old loved his new little space. We travel often 6-8 hour trips...Kept my little one busy doing activities and snacking easily! Also wipes clean so easily and keeps car seat much cleaner as a result. A great help! It is a great idea but is not sturdy enough for the child to utilize the table portion. First time using this product, I found it kept collapsing in on itself. That frustrated my toddler grandchild who just wanted to line his little cars up on it so he could look at them while we were on the long road trip.

I will use in the car for my girl for coloring or eating.And I just used it at home at a tray for my girl,she likes to watch tv and eat.I love the extra pockets that it has from outside and inside -storage for little staff,like crayons,small toys and even a small bottle of water from the outside.I am going to buy another one for my older girl.
