Perfect non slip solution
Worked perfectly for what I needed (something to stop my kids from slipping off their new bunk bed ladder). Also matched the wood color pretty well.

Sticks good. Grip is good, not overly rough
Was enough for a couple strips on the front edge of 3 steps. Works good without being too rough. Adhesive has started stuck on varnished steps through winter snow and ice & spring rain.

Happy with it
Sticks well, very rough, bright color. Put it on the steps to the basement for an old lady that needed something to aim for as she walked down

Good, but be careful on bare concrete
Bought this tape to highlight horizontal edges of outdoor steps. One step is tile, while others are bare concrete. Tape came with no instructions or printed packaging. Easy to apply. Has held up very well on smooth tile but not very well on concrete. First 3 days were fine with adhesion keeping tape in place. On 4th day, had heavy rain and tape on concrete just let go of surface. This is 30 year old concrete stairway. Was clean when applied. If etching or sealing of concrete was necessary, there were no instructions to do so. Wayward tape remained sticky but obviously can't handle concrete when it becomes wet. Discarded what was left. UPDATE: several months later I decided to try this same tape again on the same bare concrete following a friends installation suggestion. I ordered replacement tape of the same kind and instead of relying entirely on its own adhesive backing, I added a bead of high adhesive silicone to the tape backing before installation. After several days and Florida summer downpours, the tape remains firmly attached to the concrete. This solved the sticking problem on my bare concrete.
