Packaging is extensive, box, bag, more bags, more bags. Product didn’t seem to catch hair out of the box. Unfortunately my daughters tore open the box and bags so I’m stuck with it. Pluses: The auto shutoff works, like the pretty gold travel bag.

Didn’t straighten my hair very well. Doesn’t grip the hair very well either.

It's too small but the weight is fine,It doesn't work the way I was looking for

I have tried different kinds of curling and flat irons. I decided to get LENA this time because I was attracted by its noble appearance and reasonable price. The styler arrived two days after I ordered it. It also comes with a heat resisting travel bag and 2 clips, which I believe it’s a really good deal. The item is dual voltage, which is helpful for those people who travel a lot. The iron heats up super fast. You can get the curls you want easily. You can also straighten the hair with it. The result is very ideal. You won’t be disappointed!

gorgeous package and the appearance is just my style！you can get a white bag ， which is convenient to carry for traveling.you don't have to wait for a long time to use it, about 40 seconds, you can use it to do your hair.the most amazing thing is that it seems like this product can reduce the damage to the hair. After I straightened my hair, I felt my hair did not become dry, even I can see some shine .

Was hopeful purchasing this product. Ended up disappointed. Looked a little cheap coming out of the fancy packaging. The actual heated flat blades are tiny. If you use tiny little sections of hair it does the job. With my long, thick hair, it would take me forever to do tiny little sections. Would work for short, fine hair, do not recommend for long thick hair.
