I have been having problems with plantar fasciitis for over a year. My feet hurt the most after working out at the gym or after long walks. I have tried different shoes and insoles and nothing seemed to help with my discomfort and pain. I didn’t think Dr. K. B. Gel Heel Protectors would help but they DID!I just wish the gel was a little thicker. The protectors seem to get a little thinner and more flimsy after you have worn them 4-5 times, with that said I would still buy this product again.

These did almost nothing at all for my plantar fasciitis. In fact, initially it caused MORE discomfort and pain when not even putting weight on the foot. This might work for people with smaller feet, or with differing pains in the foot/heel area, but for me it was a complete waste.

While these work ok as heel protectors, that is about it. I have a bone spur pressing on a nerve, so I thought these would help. They are not for plantar fasciitis. Having had faciitis, and these are too stretchy to give any real support.

Got these wore with Sandle and my foot bleeding tried to just wear with socks in shoes kept moving on me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The Silicone puts up every little bit of dirt, lint, hair, can't really wear shoes, too tight. They actually tore on the sides after a week. It did offer some comfort for the pain though. Needs better engineering.

This product arrived in a ziplock, not sealed and sanitary. The gel heel protectors themselves were dark and dirty, with lint and several strands of long brown hair stuck to both, outside and inside. I am returning immediately. So disgusting.

I love these babies -- they make my shoes and boots fit and feel so wonderful.
